Book the hour that suits you and bring your client. You pay per session, not per person.
Traditional gyms
You pay rent whether you have clients or not. They take a commission on every session. And your client pays twice: you, and the gym. Here's what it actually costs you.
Fixed rent. The risk of empty days is all yours.
40–60% of every session goes to the gym.
Gym membership + your session.
Busy machines, loud music, zero privacy.
Early mornings and late nights are off the table.
Yearly contract + non-compete clause.

Yes. The 2-person limit applies to people training. If you're only supervising (not training yourself), you can bring 2 clients to the same session.
Yes. Book consecutive or spaced-out hours to match your schedule. Each hour is an independent booking and the studio is locked to you for that hour.

MySelf doesn't verify credentials and doesn't mediate the relationship with your client. The training itself is your responsibility. We recommend you carry a professional licence and liability insurance.
Yes, during your session. Since the studio is empty and yours alone, you can record freely with your clients, as long as you have their consent.
